They are extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend them for your emergency vet care. I won't take my fur babies to any other emergency vet.
I had the most horrible experience may be because of the one lady at the desk that threw my money at me not once but twice and told me maybe I should save for money for my pets no one can predict their dog jumping off the bed and snapping its legs no compassion will never take another living creature though the doors of that place and to the lady I pray you find happiness because its not in the sorrow of others I would highly recommend Bishop vet in Benton they fixed her right up and was wonderful caring people!!!! Just left this vet. They are the sweetest most compassionate vets and staff I've ever met!
Brought our pet to this place just yesterday as recommended by our Vet and it was one fiasco after another with these people! Our pet needed "Critical Care" immediately and they WOULD NOT touch him until we paid over $700.00 (low end) right then and there! Yet I looked just now, the next day, on their Website and it states EXACTLY: "You may be faced with unexpected decisions that must be made quickly. If your pet appears in critical condition, immediate stabilization will be recommended. Stabilization efforts may include procedures such as CPR, oxygen therapy, IV catheterization, bloodwork, x-rays and more. Stabilization efforts require a minimum deposit of $300."!! (Which they didn't even offer us!)
We are NOT happy AT ALL with these people and DO NOT recommend them to ANYONE unless they are rich! And just like a previous review, I would not have even left a single star but it made me!!

They made no mention WHAT SO EVER about this 'minimum deposit' they supposedly offer even on their Website! Not only is our pet in a critical condition, they absolutely refused to treat him in any way until that ridiculous amount of over $700.00 was paid in full that second! And mind you the high end was over $900.00! Because you know... EVERYONE has that kind of 'pocket change' just laying around or in their Car in this day and age! Needless to say, we had to wrap our Furbaby back up and take him elsewhere even though BOTH Vet and Emergency Vet said he would most likely not make it through the night!
