The TWRA does a good job.
The part i went to is bordered by private property and the land owners WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED IF THEY HAVE TO GET OFF CENTER OF THEIR DRIVEWAY OR THINK YOU ARE PARKED TOO CLOSE TO THEIR DRIVEWAY. This discouraged me from even getting out of my truck
